This website (decisiveops.co) is a static marketing page. It does not host forms, collect account information, set analytics or advertising cookies, or track visitors across sites. Anonymized request logs kept by our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) are used solely for security and uptime.

Contacting us by email is voluntary. Any information you send us by email is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. We do not send marketing email to visitors of this website.

HIPAA

This website is not a channel for Protected Health Information (PHI). Do not send patient identifiers or clinical documents by email. PHI is exchanged only inside the authenticated Decisive application, which runs on Google Cloud infrastructure covered by a Business Associate Agreement between Decisive Ops and Google, and by BAAs between Decisive Ops and each covered-entity operator.
